Description

Polyreflex Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO)

refers to a mixed material composed of polyolefin (PP or PE), rubber and certain fillers (talc, carbon fiber, etc.). These are members of the TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) family.

Polyreflex Thermoplastic TPO material generally have good hardness, flexural fatigue, high impact resistance and excellent resistance to certain chemicals. TPO is also highly resistant to UV radiation and extremes in temperature, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Regarding the processing of TPO or TPE sheets, they are often used in both injection molding and thermoforming projects, like car floor mat, trunk mat or other auto parts.

High Impact Strength

Polyreflex Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is based on polypropylene, it has been modified to provide better ductility and good impact resistance, especially at low temperatures.

Excellent Formability

Thermoplastic polyolefin TPO material has a relatively low melting point, which means it can be easily melted and thermoformed into different shapes by thermoforming for auto parts.

UV resistant

Polyreflex TPO car floor mat can be formulated for increased UV weathering resistance when needed, making it an ideal plastic material for outdoor use.

Flame retardant
