is developed to be light weight, heavy duty, reusable, collapsible, provide a perfect solution for logistics and turnover systems to support, store, protect and transport unit loads of bulk goods or materials.

Polyreflex pallet sleeve system adopts all-in-one design, when empty, sleeve packs are collapsed, the top lid, pallet base and sleeve are available as a set, providing an excellent empty container return rate, helping to reduce transportation costs and storage space.

The pallet sleeve box sysstem can play very important role in flowers and trees transportation, vegetable transportation, electronic display, auto parts, car headlights, car circuit assembly, car battery pack, new energy vehicle battery pack.

Effective Protection

Polypropylene PP honeycomb panel is not only moisture-proof and dustproof, but also can be flame retardant and antistatic. The pallet sleeve box made from pp honeycomb can avoid various situations in transportation to a greater extent.For example, protect the goods from the bumping and static electricity damage during transportation.

Space-efficient

The pallets and lids are nestable and the sleeves are collapsible, yielding improved warehouse utilization and reducing freight costs. One truck of folded sleeve packs can be used to transport 10 trucks of assembled pallet boxes with cargo.

Polyreflex plastic polypropylene pallet containers have the standard sizes 4 feet pallet, easy to use forklift to liftup, put down and transport. The sleeve part can fold inside the pallet and lid, then pile up to store.

Folding Steps
